  • Summary: Intervene professionally for adults and children experiencing challenging behaviors, with services in various locations. Our focus is on designing and implementing behavioral support plans to address behavior challenges, increase functional skills, and teach replacement behaviors. All while creating a positive, fun, and safe environment during clients time with us.

    Work Schedule: Multiple slots available, including full-time, part-time, 8-hour shifts, 4-hour shifts, and weekend availability.

    Requirements:

    Must be 18 years of age or older

    Must pass Professional Crisis Management – Practitioner 2 coursework provided by ACS within 60 days of employment

    Must complete a 40-hour online behavior technician course within 6 months of employment

    Must pass a fingerprint clearance and sign a criminal record statement

    Must pass a health screening exam and have reliable transportation

    Must possess or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid training within the first two weeks of employment

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    College courses in behavior analysis, psychology, early childhood education, and/or special education

    Prior experience implementing behavior programs and managing crisis behavior

    Current Professional Crisis Management certification and/or previous experience with crisis management programs

    Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities

  • Summary: As a bridge between ACS, regional centers, and external agencies, the Behavioral Case Manager focuses on enhancing consumer quality of life. This position involves training, plan implementation, and attending vital meetings.

    Pay Range: Varies based on education level.

    Work Schedule: Primarily weekday hours, with occasional weekends and evenings.

    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older

    • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree

  • POSITION SUMMARY

    The Advanced Crisis Solutions’ (ACS) Clinical Supervisor (CS) is responsible for all aspects of assessment, treatment, case supervision, and programming for clients throughout the client’s cycle of treatment. The CS will supervise the clinical aspects of the ACS Case Manager’s (CM) role. The CS partners with the CM, the client, and other stakeholders (e.g. primary caregivers, Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs), funding sources, etc.) working towards improving independence, quality of life, and decreasing challenging behavior.

    Pay Range: Starting Wage: 90,000.00+ annual

    Work Schedule: – 5 Weekdays (M-F) 9am – 5pm

    Minimum Qualifications:

    ● Active BCBA Certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

    ● Mastery of all knowledge, skills, and abilities on the BACB’s BCBA Task List

    ● 2+ years experience working in a 2 or 3-tier behavior analytic service model as a BCBA.

    ● 2 years experience working with adults with developmental disabilities

    ● Successful completion of Professional Crisis Management - Practitioner 2 course provided by ACS within 60 days of employment

    ● Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including criminal history and employment verification.

    ● Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    ● Successful completion of pre-employment physical examination

    ● Ability to perform physical tasks related to the position, such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, etc.

    ● Ability to work remotely three weeks out of the month and one week out of the month at the ACS office and in the community.

    Preferred Qualifications

    ● 5+ years experience working in a 2 or 3-tier behavior analytic service model

    ● Experience working with adults with diagnoses outside of autism.

    ● Training and experience relating to child development, psychology, and other similar fields of study

    ● Previous experience with crisis management programs, interdisciplinary teams, and CA Regional Centers

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

    The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring quality, timely completion of the following:

    ● Adherence to ethical standards and guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

    ● Completion of initial assessments of clients to identify behavioral needs and goals.

    ● Development of individualized, function-based treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.

    ● Design and implementation of data collection systems to monitor client progress.

    ● Regular data analysis to assess the effectiveness of behavior interventions and adjust plans accordingly.

    ● Documentation and maintenance of assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

    ● Training caregivers and staff on effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.

    ● Collaboration with professionals (e.g. psychologists, educators, and therapists) and stakeholders (e.g. families, caregivers, funding sources, community resources) to provide support and guidance.

    ● Facilitation of meetings and discussions to ensure coordinated care and effective communication.

    ● Supervision of CMs.

    ● Other duties as assigned

Clinical Supervisor

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Advanced Crisis Solutions, your primary responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments and creating Crisis Stabilization Plans. Behavioral Case Manager

The role of the Behavioral Case Manager (CM) involves collaborating with regional centers, clients, residential providers, and families to enhance client quality of life and achieve behavioral stability. As the primary point of contact, the CM assumes a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, chairing professional meetings for assigned cases, developing training materials, facilitating client-specific meetings, training primary caregivers, and instructing behavioral skills to consumers.

Behavior Technician Supervisor

The Behavior Technician Supervisor (BTS) is responsible for leading the field work of our crisis stabilization program, managing our Behavior Technicians (BT), and supporting the behavioral case managers and clinical team. The BTS supports the initial setup of services, the maintenance of ongoing services, and ensures all crisis stabilization services are delivered in a professional and safe manner.

Behavior Technician

The Behavior Technician (BT) position serves a critical function in providing professional interventions to both children and adults experiencing a crisis. Under the guidance of the clinical team, Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing and maintaining the crisis stabilization plan, as well as collecting and analyzing quantifiable behavioral data to inform the clinical team of ongoing developments and refinement and of the plan.
